Box Inlaid with Ivory and Ebony
A rectangular box in the form of a shrine with a convex lid as the shrine's ceiling.
The lid and the sides are decorated with rectangles, inlaid with another kind of wood, which is lighter in color than the ebony. A narrow frame of ivory and ebony surrounds all these rectangles.
The four legs of the box have metal casings on their lower parts. The corners between the legs and the box are inlaid with ivory. An ink inscription states that it belonged to His Majesty King Tutankhamun when he was a child; and most probably, contained his toys.
