Burial Chamber of Deshri 585-2-10
This burial chamber belongs to a nobleman named Deshri.

The walls are decorated with various scenes showing different kinds of offerings. Each of these scenes has a practical purpose because the Ka, the vital force of the dead, could read the magical formulas.

The offerings on the walls then would be transformed into real offerings presented eternally for the dead to survive in the netherworld.
