The broad anklet made of bronze is of the type worn by women, mainly in very poor or rural areas. It is used to enhance the attractiveness of the woman wearing it. The anklet is proportionally heavy and decorated with the raised head of an animal.

It was made by the technique of casting, in which the heated liquid bronze is poured into a mold and allowed to harden. This type of anklet is worn even now in some areas.
