Child's Chair with Antelope Designs 393-9-10
The chair was found by Howard Carter in the antechamber of King Tutankhamun's tomb. It is held together by papyrus thongs. The back and the seat of the chair are caned with papyrus fibers.

Although the chair is extremely dilapidated, the pieces of ebony that make up this chair are held in place by papyrus thongs. The sides of the chair are decorated with antelope figures. The legs are animal shaped.
