This niche portrays the Lord Jesus Christ with a halo of light over his head. The halo is distinguished by having a cross of three sides inside it.

One side of the cross is missing. The Lord is shown holding a Book in one hand, while making the sign of blessing with the other. The outer frame of the niche is surrounded by a band of plant ornaments.
